Don’t expect the advertising to be correct, 25% off is actually 9%. The managers and cashiers have no idea how to do simple math. Go to Wilco it’s a much better experience.

I'd first like to mention the outstanding customer service Mary has provided over the last couple years that I've shopped at the Eugene store. I truly believe that Mary enjoys her job and it shows. Thank you Mary for being a kind soul.. My recent experience at Coastal in Eugene was just yesterday. I needed a pair of hiking boots/shoes and I quickly found myself overwhelmed with how many options there were to choose from.. Andriana assisted me in choosing the right pair of shoes. She had a great attitude and she really did an outstanding job listening to what I was looking for. One of the things that stood out was her knowledge about the products Coastal offers. If you are looking for good quality outdoor gear "western / Ranch" this is a great place. I go here for rain gear and boots, but there are plenty of other things for the rugged individual. I fill my propane tanks here. They have things ranchers would need; nice stuff.
